Big Condo Academy for equality & diversity

Big Condo Academy loves to give out opportunities to all learners - both young and mature - from all different demographic backgrounds and cultures. We like to work with community organisations and we collaborate right across the North West of England.  We have a number of affiliate partners within the creative industry.

Safe Guarding Policy

This policy states the responsibilities of Big Condo Training Academy CIC in relation to Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, in response to current legislation and guidance.  It incorporates the Prevent Duty to comply with the Counterterrorism and Security Act (2015).

Health and Safety Policy

This policy states the responsibilities of Big Condo Training Academy CIC in relation to Health and Safety, in response to current legislation and guidance.  It incorporates the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1999), The Company is responsible for ensuring that, so far as is reasonably practicable, all its employees are learners are provided with a safe and healthy academy environment.
